Trade bodies and opposition MPs have said that the government has given out mixed messages over the circumstances in which face coverings must be worn, prior to new rules being implemented on Friday.
Welsh first minister Mark Drakeford announced on Friday his administration’s latest easing of Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, which will see bars, pubs, cafes, and restaurants allowed to fully reopen their doors from August 3.
